OTD.Backport

A backport of most changes made between 0.5.3.3 and 0.6 that are known compatible between 0.5.2 & 0.5.3.3

OTD.Backport is back! X9VoiD is now the main OTD Dev and is well on his way to fix this mess therefore, there aren't any reasons to keep this plugin private anymore.
